We are happy to announce the commencement of the **Online Application Process** for admission to **Nursery** and **Preparatory – I (LKG)** for the academic year 2026-27. Kindly go through the following guidelines carefully before filling in the form.
1. Availability of Application Form
- Mode: Online only
- Website: www.sjcemwhitefield.in
- Forms available from: 10 December 2025.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Class - Age Requirement (as on 1 June 2026)

| Nursery | Should have completed 3 years |
| Preparatory – I (LKG) | Should have completed 4 years |
3. Online Registration Procedure
Step 1: Fill in all required basic details in the Online Admission Form carefully.
Step 2: After completing the form, proceed to make the online payment of ₹ 500/- using debit/credit card or net banking. Only upon successful payment will the Application Form be available for download.
Step 3: Download and take a printout of the duly filled-in Application Form along with the transaction receipt.
Step 4: Bring the printed Application Form along with the required documents on the day of the interview.
4. Important Notes
Retain your Application Number for all future correspondence.
The Date of Interview will be Jan 31st 2026
Incomplete forms or those without the required documents will be rejected.
5. Documents to be submitted
- (Photocopies – Mandatory; originals to be produced for verification at the time of interview)
- Birth Certificate (from Corporation/Municipality)
- Birth Certificate (from Hospital)
- Baptism Certificate – for Catholic applicants only
- Income Proof / Salary Certificate (either parent)
- Attested copies of highest educational qualification of both parents
- Caste Certificate (if applicable – SC/ST/OBC)
